Conditions of Purchase

Most of our products are made to order and are handmade or handcrafted, which requires a production time, if in doubt, please contact us for delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges

At Flor de C you can return your purchase with the exception of customized clothing or accessories (custom-made, with any modification or size larger than size 12) or items made to order.

Our refund and return policy is 15 days. For any exchange or return you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the garment (date of delivery note) at your home and you must inform us of your desire to return or exchange your items. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

The cost of postage for the return of the product shall be borne by the customer.

The item must be in its original condition. As well as with all its accessories and labels. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions or that have been worn. All garments will be inspected upon receipt.

Flor de C will not accept any COD items.

The item is your complete responsibility until it arrives at our office.

Transfers and credits

Upon receipt of the garment or accessory, and after approval, if it is not an exchange, you will receive the amount of the returned merchandise by means of a voucher with a 6-month expiration date, for the value of the merchandise.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All return conditions are in addition to the distance selling regulations.


Customs charges are NOT included in the price of the product or transportation. Customs and tax policies will be those of the destination country. Each country has its own customs handling fees that will be accepted by the consignee. Customs duties and taxes related to the shipment will be paid in the country of destination by the customer.

In no case Flor de C, is responsible for the payment of customs clearance and/or taxes derived therefrom.

I received a defective or incorrect item.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, so if you have received a product that has a defect or that you believe is not of optimal quality, please contact us and we will answer you as soon as possible.

If the item has a defect it will be our responsibility and we will bear the cost of return. The tare will be examined in our warehouse once the garment arrives and we will credit you the paid value of the same.
